It has been YEARS since I have been able tobwrar a bikini. I mean….YEARS!!! My family and I went to New Port Beach, California and I was excited to spend se good family time. The day we arrived, I threw on a two piece bikini and went with the whole family to the beach! The kicker?? I was TOTALLY comfortable further first time in almost 5 YEARS wearing a two piece swimsuit.
I am aware confidence comes from my heart but….I am also very cognizant of my appearance in “others” eyes. I don’t feel comfortable with my clothing choices if I get side eyes and heckling. When I walked in the beach the best response I could hear was silence. Even though others made comments, it was on how cute my swimsuit was. 🙌🏾❤🙌🏾
Feel comfortable with your choices. Period. Today I FINALLY felt comfortable with mine.
