Level Up in 66 day personal challenge is almost over! Results:
I leave for my girls trip on Friday to Las Vegas and I couldn’t be more excited. I haven’t done anything with friends in so long since Covid. I truly want to *safely* enjoy myself! I decided I would eat as Ean as I was comfortably able, log my food and drink my 128ounces of water daily. I had a couple of *oops* moments but oh well! I am human!
The result of my personal challenfe was pretty huge. I list over an half of inch from my bra area and waist, my arms are more defined, my tummy is flatter and my legs are definitely more tone. I snapped a picture of myself leaving the gym this afternoon! I am very pleased with the results!!
This isn’t my last time holding myself a little more accountable. I tend to do a little personal challenge throughout the year so I can keep myself inline and hold myself accountable. There have been so many times when I became too relaxed with my eating/drinking regimen. Little challenges correct any inconsistencies I have developed to maintain the lifestyle I want.
If you ever catch me on another challenge- feel free to challenge yourself as well. A little competition doesn’t hurt!
