A salad fixes everything! *not*

Yesterday I had a date with my husband. We were celebrating multiple achievements. There were goodies all day long and I definitely drank too much.

It was a fantastic night in which I planned to indulge with him. I woke up a bloated hot mess 🤣

There are 2 sides to my personality. I am very strict when most of the time with my food intake because I have a high sensitivity to sugar, unrefined carbohydrates and I am a smudge on the food addiction spectrum. I don’t do anything crazy. When I eat sugar, I tend to have issues stopping the consumption of sugar.

It is hilarious to me that the day after we went out for a night on the town, I felt like my salad would fix all of my poor choices! The audacity! Lol! Actually, I am not silly enough to believe my single salad would erase the 4 thousand calories I had the night before. The salad symbolized a new day of positive reinforcement and good decisions. Poor choices and decisions do not have to carry over to the next day. We can decide to stop our behavior and not as good choices.
