Having my “Go-To’s”

I am a very busy person. I don’t say that to sound important. I don’t need a pat on the back. I literally am a very busy person. I have a career in health/wellness/fitness, find 45mins-1hr a day to get to the gym, 2 babies under 2 at home as well as a very active 14 year old young man, I attempt to keep my nails/hair done, take the kids to their doctor appointments, food prep, grocery shop, pay Bills, keep in touch with my friends/family, respond to work e-mails, review client progression weekly…the list goes on and on. I literally leave my home at 715 am and return at 830pm on Monday and Wednesdays.Today is Friday. Although my work day is lighter on Fridays, I tend to load my day with my children’s activities/appointments/needs, grocery shop and run errands. While I was out and about I became so hungry I almost started to get nauseous. I decided to stop by Panera and grab a Classic Greek Salad with grilled chicken.
This Greek salad is one I have already counted the carbohydrate amount, calorie count and grams of protein. I live my life by having my “Go To” items. It takes the guesswork and stress out of my chaotic days and keeps me on a good nutrition track.
