100lb goal.

I started my journey off with a 70-75lb weight gain after 2 back to back babies. I have officially lost about 65lbs of that weight however, I was 30+ lbs overweight when I got pregnant to 2nd time (with my 1st girl. I have a 14 year old son). This quest to lose 100 or so pounds has been to say the least challenging.

I finally broke through my plataie and lost an additional 6lbs by OMAD fasting however I have stalled again because I am eating way too much on that one meal a day. I don’t feel well in the mornings and I have not had enough energy in the mornings to exercise as hard as I like. I decided to only OMAD 2 times a week as another trial.i ready that if your body feels deprived or starved it can react negatively and a way to offset this is to fast 2 times a day and to eat evenly spaced meals (or at the very most skip breakfast only)

This morning when I awakened I had a salad full of vegetables and an high fat deviled egg. I ate around 500 calories and feel way way way better. Now I head to workout then work. I want to enjoy this experience as much as possible. I don’t want to feel as if I am suffering and honestly I shouldn’t feel that way. The negative feelings are what cause relapses and this is supposed to be a lifestyle change so the word “relapse” should be used sparingly!
