100lbs down = no boobs!

100lbs down. Yes I said it. 100lbs down. I am super excited to be leaner. I feel healthier and happier. It was every pound lost over -80lbs that I realized my breast were becoming atrophied. Right under my collar bone, my chest was sinking inward. After the inward slope of my breast, my breast would come back out with a swoop and a small hanging bulb of flesh. I looked in the mirror and decided I would most definitely be getting a breast augmentation.

I spoke to several doctors to get consults on what I could do. Could I get saline, silicone, gummy bear or fat transfer to my breast?? I was immediately ruled out for fat transfer. The inward slope was too severe for fat transfer. Multiple surgeons told me with my breast tissue quality, the best implant to get would be silicone. I truly was nervous to get silicone filled objects placed in my body. Listening to each doctor, my reality was there was a huge chance if I got saline, in a couple of years I would see a rippling if the saline implants beneath my skin – even placed under the muscle! O.M.G.

I found a surgeon that I like and put a down payment on a surgery date. All that is left is for me to decide if I want silicone or saline implants. Not one surgeon recommended gummybear implants. We shall see! I have 3 weeks to figure all of this out.
