” Quarantine 15″ 30 day challenge!

As many may know, I have been a health coach, person trainer and group fitness instructor for many years. In the times of the dreaded COVID19, the world has transitioned. As the world has become a host of what you can NOT do, stress has mounded along with the bills from not working as much or taking pay cuts! I get it. To cope with the multitude of changes, many of us have spent days in the home eating and drinking.

Doctors have done a massive study and have concluded that on average, Americans have gained an average of 15lbs during these months of mounding stress. I have decided to host a FREE 30 day Health and fitness challenge from September 1st- September 30th. My desire is to UNITE us all during this time and create something fun to which we can all go through together.

I have recently had breat implants (a different blog insert). When this challenge starts, I will officially be not have been working out for 6 FULL weeks! **EEK** This challenge will be great for me as well. I have been drinking WAY too much to entertain myself with my 2 year old and 1 year old at home!
