I still love coffee…

I can’t believe I have been low carb/keto and health coaching in the low carb arena for so long now. Every day, I learn more and more about how to balance this lifestyle. I use to crash and burn before working out until I started using mct oil in my coffee prior to working out. I use to get extremely hungry all day long while consuming way too many calories until I increased my fat intake. While increasing my fat intake, I in other ways needed to DECREASE my calorie consumption as well as dairy consumption so I switched to an almond based zero sugar coffee creamer with 15 calories per serving and immediately shaved off 120 calories a day while still loving my coffee.

There has been such an ebb and flow of knowledge. I have had to learn what works best for me while still remaining on track with my intake. I keep striving for the best and working towards my ultimate health goals.
