Ten days into my 21 day reset!

I am extremely excited and proud I have been on my body reset for ten days! On day 5, I noticed my skin was almost cleared of zits/breakouts, I was not waking up starving, my water retention was almost at zero and I felt energetic. There was a MAJOR boost day five. I learned some key facts about my body.

* It did help that I got into the habit of packing apples for a snack incase I begin to get headaches. Intermittent fasting was darn near impossible.

*I learned I had to eat a light breakfast in the morning to avoid fatigue and headaches around Noon.

* On heavy lifting days, it was imperative I eat a higher glycemic food prior to lifting (like a banana) to avoid getting light headed.

* On lower/medium workout days no extra glycemic food boost was needed.

* I feel better if I am done eating all foods by 630pm

* Staying hydrated is EVERYTHING

* I had to set an alarm to get up. For the fordt time in a LONG time I am sleeping very deeply every night

*my mood is consistently good- except if I get too hungry or too thirsty

It is very difficult for me to work out later in the evenings. Morning workouts before 10am work the best

* when I do cardio HIIT I accomplish a better workout if it is prior to me lifting.

The only thing I am missing is coffee. I do enjoy my coffee. I do have to admit I am sleeping better however coffee on that ONE vice I will probably hold on to. A gals gotta have SOMETHING 🤣
