Why do I avoid “low carb” treats?

The 1st time I went low carb I would try to eat a lot of quick “low carb” foods but quickly learned the additives would make me crave other higher carb junk food, would slow my weight loss progress, often contained more carbohydrates that I believed, would hardly fill me up and lacked beneficial nutrients. Just say NO! Please don’t be seduced by marketed “low carb” products ESPECIALLY cakes, cookies, candies, pastas, icecreams, breads, snack cakes…whatever is tempting you. JUST SAY NO! This could detour your progress.
