New Cardio Love?

I always preach to all my clients how important Cardio is yet….I had never found anything in all of these years that I could truly get into. I didn’t want anything to take away from my lifting. I am not replacing a lifting session with Cardio. I need to find something to add to my routine just because it is fun and I WANT to do it. The other night, one of my clients invited us to Rollerland to tale the kids skating. I was fumbling around with these heavy rollerskates on while listening to music and wobbling all over the place. Oddly enough as a little drop of sweat rolled down my forehead I felt liberated!

My daughters absolutely loved skating and begged me to go again, so we went the next night and once again, we had a fantastic time. I decided to call a rolkerskating teacher and sign the girls and I up for lessons. I have found a new interest to spark my cardio Slump.
